- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a policy for a home we purchased and the agent Peter Craig had misquoted our policy based on our lender's requirements. He had handwritten the changes on the policy for our closing to go through. He never updated the policy changes and we only found out weeks before our policy renewal. We ended up having to pay more for our policy because the changes were applied so late in our policy period. I found out that Peter Craig has since left the agency, When I spoke with Sheri Collier she tole me that there was nothing she could do about it and was VERY RUDE to me and tried to pass the blame onto everyone else.
